Tammy Denise Puckett Webb, 44, passed away, Tuesday, September 30, 2008 at her residence.
Tammy was born in Kingsport, TN, the daughter of the late Emma Beatrice Winstead. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her step-father, Hirman Winstead, "Daddy" Ray Starnes, and her aunt, Ida Dykes and uncle, Howard "Bunch" Ryans.
Survivors include her long time companion, Bobby Starnes, Duffield, VA; sisters, Sharon Patrick and husband, Gary, Rogersville, TN, and Brenda Shelley, Duffield, VA, brothers, Bobby Winegar and wife, Debbie, Kingsport, TN, Timothy Puckett, Kingsport, TN, Roger Puckett, Kingsport, TN, Mark Puckett and wife, Jennifer, Kingsport, TN, and David Puckett and wife, Cathey, Kingsport, TN, special friends, Lester Stacy, Duffield, VA, Jeffrey Morrison, Decatur, AL, Charlie Smith, Kingsport, TN, Ron Washburn and Pat Hensley, aunt, Joan Guy and uncle, Homer Ryans.
She cherished her family and loved each and every one of her pets.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, October 3, 2008. Services will be at 8 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Jerry Tankersley and Evangelist Kenneth Neeley officiating. Blessed Hope will provide the music.
Graveside Services will 1 p.m. at Oak Hill Memorial Park, Kingsport, TN. The family will meet at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home to go in procession to the cemetery.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
