Wanda L. Berry – Mount Carmel, TN

Wanda (Lawson) Berry, 83, Mount Carmel, TN passed away, Monday, November 3, 2025, at her residence.

Wanda was born in Fort Blackmore, VA on June 21, 1942, and was the daughter of the late Patrick Hagan and Annie Marie (Blevins) Lawson.

She retired from Eastman Chemical, Kingsport, TN.

In addition to her parents, her sisters, Nina Marie Lawson, Bernice Dooley, Mildred Hipps, Ruth DeFreece, and Opal Lawson, and brothers, Fred, Pat H., Wesley, Odell (T-Bob), Paul, Rhea, and Hubert Lawson preceded her in death.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Allen Gene Berry, son, Jason Berry and wife, Clarisa, grandchildren, Kaleb Henry and Taylor Berry, great grandchildren, Kira Henry and Ivy Carter, sisters, Margie Smith and Connie Lawson, brothers, Roger Lawson and wife, Sandy and Ronnie Lawson and wife, Peggy, along with several nieces, nephews, other family members, and lifelong friends.

The family will receive friends anytime at the residence.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Friday, November 7, 2025, at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA with Rev. Parker Street and Pastor Chris Christian officiating.

Family and friends are asked to meet at Holston View at 12:45 p.m. for the Graveside Service.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
