Roger was born in Scott County, VA on June 18, 1956 and was the son of Myrtle Cleo (Gilliam) Vaughn and the late Doyle Ray Vaughn.
In addition to his parents, his brother, Marlin Eddie Vaughn; sisters, Shirley Nufio and Glenda Reams preceded him in death.
Surviving is his son, Roger Allen Vaughn, Jr., Nottingham MD; mother, Myrtle Cleo Vaughn, Duffield, VA; sisters, Margaret Coral McComas, Duffield, VA, Carolyn Victoria Singleton and husband, Charles, Duffield, VA, and Patricia Egan and husband, Dexter, Big Stone Gap, VA; along with several nieces and nephews.
