Thomas Michael Taylor, 36, of Gate City, VA passed away on Friday August 2, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center.
Thomas was born on February 3, 1983 in Valdosta, GA to Michael Taylor and Lori (Phillips) Davis.
His maternal grandparents Thomas and Peggy Phillips preceded him in death.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his loving wife Deneta Taylor and his children Hannah, Michael, and Joshua all of the home; his father, Michael Taylor, Johnson City, TN; his mother Lori Davis, Bristol, TN; sister, Crystal Johnson and husband Jesse, Johnson City, TN; sister-in law Denise Ramsey and husband Johnny, Hiltons, VA; nieces, Candice and Briana Johnson and Faith Ramsey; nephews, Jonathon Ramsey and fianceé Kierra, Matthew and Jacob Ramsey; along with his best friend, Brian Williamsen, Kingsport, TN.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 9, 2019 from 5:00-7:00 p.m., at Gate City Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 7:00 p.m., in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Larry Epperson and Pastor Matthew Edwards officiating.
