Jimmy Don Smith, 53, Church Hill, TN, born on September 4, 1965, went peacefully Home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 12, 2018.
Jimmy was preceded in death by Tammy L. Smith.
He is survived by his son, Cody Smith, Kingsport, TN; daughter, Hailey Smith, Church Hill, TN; parents, Bill and Devota (Taylor) Smith, Gate City, VA; brother, Marcus Smith and wife, Christie, Gate City, VA; niece, Anna; nephew, Christian; special friends, Ronnie Hammonds, Tony Quillen, and Dave Jones; along with many other family and friends.
The family wishes to have a private memorial service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 162 Free Hill Road, Johnson City, TN 37615.
