Charles "Tony" Anthony Rudder, 45, entered into rest Monday, July 7, 3008 at his residence.
He was born in Kingsport, TN December 16, 1963. He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Rudder.
Survivors include his mother, Joan (Mann) Rudder, Dungannon, VA; brothers, Ed Rudder and wife, Sharon, Coeburn, VA, Rick Rudder and wife, Donna, Dungannon, VA; grandmother, Blanch Mann, Blufton, Ind., aunt, Phyllis Osborne and husband, Bill, Kingsport, TN; uncle, Howard Mann and wife, Juanita, Blufton, Ind.; three nieces, Amanda Roberts, Ivy Vicars and Morgan Kiser and his beloved dog, Honey.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2008 at Dungannon United Methodist Church. Services will be conducted at 7 p.m. at the church with Rev. Ed Blair and Todd Cassell officiating.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 11, 2008 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA. The family will meet at the cemetery for the graveside service.
