He was born May 25, 1971 in Sullivan County, TN. He was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Gilreath and one brother, Josh Qualls.
Survivors include his father, Ronald J. Qualls, Duffield, VA; paternal grandfather, J.D. Qualls, Duffield, VA; son, Devin Qualls, Kingsport, TN; sisters, Adria Qualls, Weber City, VA, Tina Statzer, Alderson, West VA; one brother, Matthew Qualls, Duffield, VA; several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 5, 2008 at Gate City Funeral Home and other times at the residence. A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Evangelist Kenneth Neeley officiating.
