H.L. McConnell, 93, Gate City, VA passed away, Saturday, December 26, 2020 at his residence.
H.L. was born in Scott County, VA on January 15, 1927 and was the son of the late Lawrence and Oshia (Davidson) McConnell.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy and was retired from A & G Electric.
Surviving H. L. is his wife, Martha (Darnell) McConnell, Gate City, VA and his daughter, Patti McConnell, Gate City, VA, along with several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA with Pastor Steve Hooper. officiating.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Friends are asked to meet at Holston View Cemetery for the graveside service.
