Clyde was born in Scott County, VA on January 18, 1931, and was the son of the late Troy and Lakie Jane (Gibson) Lucas.
He is survived by his children, Ricky Lucas, Nickelsville, VA, Ronnie Lucas and wife, Tammy, Nickelsville, VA, Stevie Lucas and wife, Jennifer, Kingsport, TN, Sandra Lucas Hall and husband, James, Dungannon, VA, and Kimberly Lucas Lane and husband, Allen, Nickelsville, VA; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews; and his brother, Johnny Lucas and wife, Patsy, Dungannon, VA.
It was the wish of Clyde to be cremated and a memorial to be held at a later date.
