Lillie Juanita “Wanda“ Livesay – Duffield, VA

Lillie Juanita” Wanda” Livesay, 71, Duffield, VA passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the Lonesome Pine Hospital, Big Stone Gap, VA

Born on April 16, 1954, in Bedford County, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Bob Wilson and Nancy (Gibson) Berry.

In addition to her parents, her granddaughter April Collins; her sisters, Vivian Bledsoe; brothers Joe Berry and Junior Berry preceded her in death.

Wanda is survived by her daughters, Juanita Gail Livesay, JoAnn Culbertson and Melissa Livesay; sons, Michael Lee Livesay and Michelle, Tim Junior Livesay and Jessica; sisters, Betty Ann Collins and Linda Sue Berry; brothers, Robert Lee Berry and Jackie, Jessie Lee Berry; 20 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; a special friend Lonnie Woodard; her fur baby Cooper; along with several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm Sunday, December 7, 2025, at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7 pm in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Reverend Garry Hood officiating. Betty Wells and Pam Barnette will provide the music.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11 am Monday, December 8 at the Berry Family Cemetery, Blackwater, VA. Shaun Roberts, Michael Livesay, Tim Livesay, Jonathan Berry, Jim Berry, Memphis Jordan, Timmy Sexton and Jeff Harrison will serve as pallbearers.

Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10 am to go in procession to the graveside service.
