Lewis Williams, 76, Duffield, VA passed away, Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Johnson City Medical Center.

Lewis was born in Scott County, VA on June 26, 1947, the son of Leonard Harmon and Linda Barnett Williams.

In addition to parents, his son, Luther Arnold Williams and grandson, Christopher Falin preceded him in death.

He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Phyllis Bowen Williams; sons, Ed Williams, Fred Williams and wife, Wanda, Leonard Williams and wife, Whitnee; 12 grandkids and 14 great grandkids.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 2, 2023 at the Gate City Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be conducted following at 2:00 p.m., at the Williams Cemetery, Duffield, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Family and friends will meet at Williams Cemetery, Duffield, VA at 1:45 p.m.
