Born in Sullivan County, TN on July 14, 1966, son of the late Buddy Lee and Glenia Keith Howington.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Ann Howington.
Survivors include his sister, Patsy Tolle, Gate City, VA, brothers, Rick Howington and fiancee', Renda Keith, Gate City, VA and Buddy Wayne Howington and fiancee', Amber, Gate City, VA, nieces and nephews, Shana Day, Joyce Tolle, Holly Tolle, Heather Tolle, Stephen Howington and Destiny Howington and great nieces and great nephews, Triston Tolle, Dalton Tolle, Jaylen Jones, Aubrey Jones and Zane Payton.
The family will receive friends at the Gate City Funeral Home, Sunday, November 16, 2008 at 11:00 a.m.
The graveside service will follow the visitation at the Compton Cemetery.
