Penny Horne, 57, Coeburn, VA entered her forever home on Monday February 10, 2020 at her residence.
She was born on March 28,1962 to Georgia and late Conoey Baldwin.
In addition to her father, 4 grandchildren preceded her in death.
Surviving is her loving husband and love of her life Joe Horne; grandson, Kolton Ramsey; mother, Georgia Baldwin; son, Shawn Ramsey; daughter, Summer (Joey) Parks; stepson, Josh (Roxanna) Horne; stepdaughter, Randi (Ricky) Hampton; sisters, April Baldwin, Nova (Mark) Honeycutt; brothers, Tim (Denise) Baldwin, Chris (Ree) Baldwin, Allen Murphy; 12 grandchildren who were the light of her life.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, February 13, 2020 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Preacher Jimmy Darnell officiating. Tim Baldwin will provide the music.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 14, 2020 at the Corder Cemetery, Dungannon, VA. Joey Parks, Josh Horne, Mark Honeycutt, Levi Herron, Hunter Begley and Eugene Baker will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends will serve as honorary pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the funeral home at 10:15 a.m., Friday to go in procession to the graveside service.
