St. Augustine, FL ? Monty Randall Henderson, 51, entered into rest Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at Indian Path Medical Center.
He was born in Lebanon, Va., November 13, 1956 to the late Mathew and Opal Henderson.
Including his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Henderson.
He was formerly of Lynn Garden where he attended Victory Baptist Church and was a graduate of Lynn View High School.
Survivors include his fianc?e, Donna Leigh, St. Augustine, FL; son and daughter-in-law, William Andrew (Andy) and Heather, Boca Raton, FL; brother, Bill Henderson, Kingsport, TN; special cousin, Danny Henderson, Lebanon, VA; nephews, Bryan Henderson, Kingsport, TN and Chris Henderson, Knoxville, TN.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, November 13, 2008 (his birthday) at 7 p.m. at Gate City Funeral Home with Rev. Ron McCoy officiating.
Gate City Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Henderson family.
