James Reuben Fox, 62, Nickelsville, VA passed away, Friday, February 5, 2021 at Wellmont Holston Valley Medical Center.
James was born in Smyth County, VA on July 22, 1958, and was the son of Lucy Viola (Haga) Fox and late William Reuben Fox.
Surviving is his mother, Lucy Viola (Haga) Fox, Nickelsville, VA; sisters, Brenda Fox, Nickelsville, VA and Sharon Johnson and husband, Greg, Duffield, VA; brothers, Johnny Fox, Kingsport, TN, Noah Fox and wife, Norma, Greeneville, TN, and Billy Fox, Nickelsville, VA; niece, Jessica King, NC; and nephew, Jason Burton, Nickelsville, VA.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic all visitors are asked to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 8, 2021 at the Cowden Cemetery, Ft. Blackmore, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 12:45 p.m., Monday for the graveside service.
