Loreen Folden, 61, Fall Branch, TN passed away, Saturday, August 27, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loved ones.
Loreen was born in Sullivan County, TN on August 5, 1961, and was the daughter of the late Charles Howard and Laura Ellen (Frazier) Lane.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her husband, Ivan Folden, daughter, Jessica (John) Keene, stepdaughters, Becky (Ed) Burton, and Shannon (Charlie) Herzog, stepson, Greg (Leslie) Folden, grandchildren, Arianna, Kayden, Kaleb, and Renesmay Keene, several step grandchildren, sisters, Helen Lyons, Geraldine (Ernest) Folden, and Linda Kay Folden, brother, Junior (Anita) Lane, along with several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, September 1, 2022, at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Larry Browder and Rev. Jonathan Bear officiating. The family and Loretta McMurray will provide the music.
It was Loreen’s wish to be cremated.
The family wishes to thank Amedisys Hospice for their love and care of Loreen.
