Faye Cleek – Weber City, VA

Virginia Faye Cleek, born March 13, 1955, passed away peacefully on April 10, 2026, in Weber City. Virginia. She was 71 years old.

Faye was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Tim Cleek, her parents, Charles and Marie Dougherty, brothers, Baby Scotty, Glen, Timmy (Bobo), Jimmy, and Charles. Despite these losses, she carried their memories with her throughout her life.

She is survived by her loving family who will cherish her memory forever. Her children, Justin (Heather) and Mikie (Kacey) were a source of pride and joy for Faye. She adored her grandchildren, Taylor, Alissa (Dakota), Timothy (Samantha), and Kaylen. Her legacy continues through her three great grandchildren, Charleigh, Grace, Hadley Kate, and Paisley Faye. Faye also leaves behind her brothers, Lowell Lawson, Gary (Donna) Dougherty, and Scotty Dougherty, as well as a special sister-in-law, Gail Dougherty. sisters, Nancy (Bobby) Collins, Jane (Dave) Bishop, and Linda (Bill) Hammonds, who will remember her fondly. Additionally, she is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Faye retired from Tempur-Pedic after dedicating years of hard work to the company.

In retirement, she found joy in spending time with her family and creating lasting memories with those she loved most.

Her warmth and presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. May the cherished memories of Virginia Faye Cleek bring comfort to those who mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the Gate City Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Holston View Cemetery, Weber City, VA.

Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Following the Graveside service, friends and family are welcome at the Mrs. Cleek's residence.
