Maggie Rebecca Dishner, 52, Duffield, VA passed away, Sunday, August 5, 2018 at her residence.
Maggie was born in Sullivan County, TN on July17, 1966 to Doris Jessie (Ingle) Dishner and the late John Harold Dishner.
In addition to her Dad, her sister, Teresa Dishner Lane preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons, James Kern and Meghan McDaniel and Jeremy Neeley; grandchildren, Charity and Jacob Neeley; longtime companion, Burgess "Jimbo" Pierson; mother, Doris Ingle Dishner; sisters, Margaret Dishner Lane and Terry Dishner Cox and husband, Ronald; brother, Johnny Harold Dishner, III and wife, Nancy; brother-in-law, Jackie Ray Lane; along with several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m., Friday, August 10, 2018 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Evangelist Kenneth Neeley officiating.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 11, 2018 at The Family Cemetery. Ft. Blackmore, VA. Cody McDavid, Nathaniel Lane, Quentin Cox, Johnny Dishner, Emory Mark Dishner, and Christian Cox will serve as pallbearers.
