Delma Mae (Hall) Casteel, 90, Weber City, VA passed away, Monday, September 30, 2024, at NOVA Health and Rehab, Weber City, VA.

Delma was born in Scott County, VA on December 13, 1933, and was the daughter of the late George and Margie (Howington) Hall.

She was one of Jehovah's Witnesses.

In addition to her parents, her husband, Ralph B. Casteel, son, David Casteel, sisters, Wanda Clarice and Lynna Scalf, and brothers, Milburn, Willie, Vernon, and Bobby Hall preceded her in death.

Surviving Delma is her daughter, Wanda Trent Templeton and husband, Ronnie, her brother, Darius Hall and wife, Betty, along with several nieces and nephews.
