Clell Eugene “Eugene” Williams- Duffield, VA

Clell Eugene “Eugene” Williams, 62, Duffield, VA, passed away, Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at his residence. 

Eugene was born in Abingdon, VA, on February 2, 1962, to Rosa Lee (Falin) Williams, and the late Clell Pollard Williams.

Preceding him in death is his father, Clell Pollard Williams. 

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Rosa Lee (Falin) Williams; sister, Sharon Williams Harless; brother, Roger Williams; his cousin and best friend, Robert Williams; nieces and nephews, Kristy Harless, Kimberly Williams, Kaitlyn Jarrett (Jonathan), and Christopher Smith. 

The family will receive friends from 5-6p.m., Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Gate City Funeral Home. Services will be conducted at 6:00p.m., in the Gene Falin Memorial Chapel of the funeral home with Pastor Terry Puckett officiating. Jonathan Page will provide the music. 

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00a.m., Friday, March 15, 2024, at the Sloantown Cemetery, Duffield, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.

Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45a.m., for the graveside service.
