Wiley was born in Scott County, VA on August 22, 1944, and was the son of the late Earl and Hattie Lynn (Collins) Campbell.
Surviving is his son, Stephen Campbell and wife, Patty, grandchildren, Christopher Campbell and wife, Tara, Timothy Campbell and wife, Elizabeth, and Abigail Carico and husband, Jared, great grandchildren, Aria, Paisley, Hayley and Carson, his brother, Ralph Campbell and wife, Sue, sister, Carol Gray and husband, Doug, nephew, Robert Campbell and wife, Toni, niece, Stacey Vance, and the mother of his son, Nancy Hail.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, a private graveside service will be conducted at the Campbell Family Cemetery, Nickelsville, VA with Preacher Tilden Nash officiating.
