My heart is saddened by the news of Danny's passing. The loss of a brother or family member is a difficult loss to accept. And though you will miss him dearly, his memory will last forever in your heart and mind. Jesus said "whoever lives and believes in me will never die" Our true citizenship is in Heaven and flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. We should honor Danny's life and rejoice. For if he was given the opportunity to return to earth from Heaven, he would not trade his place beside God ! ...... Morgan

Danny was a wonderful person and without a doubt, his spirit will forever be with you.

To Doug and Family,
Kenneth and I are very sorry for your loss and want you to know we will be praying for you and your family.
Back in Dec. 2010, a book of Daily Devotionals from Danny was given to my husband when he picked up the ham. I immediately began reading the book and just loved it! I have read it over and over for the last two years. It keeps me inspired and gives me that little dose of GOD'S word every morning. That was so kind of Danny and I will remember him always for that.
GOD Bless You All-

In this time of sorrow it's difficult to find the words that ease our pain and suffering. We must draw nigh unto our lord and savior our comforter. He cradles us in his bosom and carries us through our most trying times with his love , grace and mercy. Danny was a wonderful man of god who served as a faithful and obedient servant. Although we mourn his passing on earth we can take solace in the fact he is rejoicing in the presence of our Lord in heaven with eternal life.I know in my heart the lord will be with you in your time of need. god bless
you all. with our deepest sympathy.

I wanted to express my sympathy for Dan's family in their great loss, but I wanted to also celebrate his life in saying that his was a man who had a very tender heart and a deep care and compassion for nearly everyone that he met. The way he shared God's love with people, including strangers, and the way he prayed for others in public was a wonderful example to me. I look forward to seeing him in Heaven one day. "You have fought the good fight, and you have kept the faith..." "...enter into the joy of the Lord." I Tim 6/Matt 25.
Thank you, Danny, for giving me the opportunity to meet you and many of your friends and to see the love of Christ lived out in your daily life!

Dear Barbara, Debbie, Doug and Danny's family,
We were so so sorry to read about Danny's death in today's paper. We have been out of town or we would have tried to come to his visitation this evening. Of course, we remember Danny as a young man when we all were a lot younger ourselves and Ikey Joe & I through the years have talked about Doug, Debbie & Danny and what nice young people they were. They were always so well-mannered and caring for others which tells a lot about their character. Barbara, please know that you will be in our prayers as I know how hard it is to lose a child. I hope you all will find peace in the memories you have of Danny and trust in God and he will get you through this. I will try to stop and visit when I can. God Bless and take care.....loving thoughts and memories of your family!!!
Sincerely,
Ikey Joe, Eleanor, Joey & Kelly

To Doug and all of the Family,
Gina and I are sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. I'm sorry I won't be able to make it to the funeral due to living in Kentucky, plus my health still isn't the best in the world either. If there's anything you need, please email me back or i'll give you a call in the next week or so. I don't want to call and bother you or the family now. Take care, and thanks for always being a good friend not only to me, but to my family. Take care of yourself, and we'll be praying for y'all.

May the Lord reach down and comfort all the family and friends at this time of hardship. I met Danny only once in person, but he helped me in a way that I will never forget. He had a heart as big as he was. I know that he will never be forgotten, especially by me and my family. Peace be with you on your journey Danny. You were a fine man and you'll be an even bigger angel.
